In this case we had three girls that were brought in for our ‘care’ and our discipline at once. This can be a very good thing indeed, because with groups you get the added humiliation of watching each other exposed, and spanked hard enough that they turn bright red not just in the face. These particular girls reacted wonderfully to the discipline though, each of them was quite repentant after their sessions. Every new student gets an orientation when they enter the boarding school. We do not accept anyone that will not comply and cannot understand that proper discipline is necessary for a good school experience. We have rules for behavior, and uniform, and a proctor gives every new entrant to the school those instructions personally. That includes a demonstration of how we provide our students with their needed discipline.

This particular student bounced from school to school, and became a discipline problem at every one. She was rowdy, and disrespectful, so most schools would not take her. She was perfect for our brand of discipline, and we made sure one of our most skilled proctors gave her the orientation. He made her get into the uniform right in front of him, despite her objections, so she understood that privacy is no longer hers, and then bent her over so she could get a sample of what would happen to her if she misbehaved. He did go light on her though, and so he only used his hand, and his light quirt on her ass, and stopped before she would have problems sitting down. We can only hope that this provides her the necessary example she needs to avoid getting into trouble again.

When I found this room for rent, I thought I was lucky as hell, the room was cheap, and apparently, the home was owned by the nice little old lady that just wanted to give a room to some young student. She said that she had a few requirements for her tenants, because she was tired of all the youngsters that just weren’t brought up right. I knew that getting into this school, and this house was going to be hard, but I didn’t realize they took their rules so seriously! Their little pink uniforms are so cute, I thought at first I would love them, but do you know how hard it is to keep them clean, nice, and they had such high standards. It’s even worse when you have a blonde model, because they seem like they expect to get treated like royalty. If you’re not waiting on them hand and foot, they are mouthing off, acting like a brat, and generally just being rude bitches. Sarah was like that, and tried to act like a prissy little princess, even going so far as to be rude to the setup crew and the photographer. When we opened the school, the staff realized that we would need to provide constant maintenance and monitoring of the girls under our charge. So a great many of our staff choose to take residence up at the campus as well. Since we have our quarters on campus, we decided that it would give the girls a chance to work off some of their expenses, and provide a useful service for the professors and proctors that spend so much time educating them.

Unfortunately, some of the girls do not take as much joy in the opportunities we present them as they should, and our lessons in discipline must extend even outside the school walls proper. In this case, one of my girls who did an exceptional job in class was invited to partake of a meal with several other students and teachers. She knew we would have additional work for her, but she objected to cleaning the kitchen after the meal. We could not have that, so we had to remind her of her place at the school with a severe caning. I had guests waiting, so I was not able to properly strip her so she could get the full impact of the lesson, but I also made sure she knew her behavior was not acceptable, and further punishment would follow after the other guests left.

Certain girls are used to getting whatever they want, especially when they are cute. They get catered hand and foot, they get good paying jobs, and they just get more and more rude.
